Returning items for store credit is quick and easy! To initiate a return, please [CLICK HERE] and select the items you wish to return. After choosing the reason for your return, you will be prompted to pay for your return shipping label at a special discounted price. You can conveniently print the label at home and send the items back to us hassle-free.

Important: Include Your Information

You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back. Please ensure you include your information inside the package for us to credit you. Include either a copy of your invoice or a piece of paper with your name, order number, and email. Items must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given.

Item Conditions

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Loyalty Ann Love tags attached and in their ORIGINAL packaging. If we suspect a customer of wardrobing (wearing the items and sending them back), no credit will be issued, and they will be blocked from our site.

Any item not received in good condition will NOT be accepted, and the customer will be notified to pay reshipping fees to have the items sent back. Any unaccepted packages without reshipping fees paid within 30 days will be discarded, and no credit will be issued. No exceptions.

Note: Customers are not permitted in our warehouse facility, and packages will not be accepted in person at the above address.

Damages/Wrong Items

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival via email (info@loyaltyannlove.com). If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. Report the damage within this timeframe, including pictures of the damages in your email, so we can assist you immediately. Customer-inflicted damages, such as cuts to the clothes made at the time of opening the package, will not qualify for a replacement. Please take extra care when opening packages. If you have received an incorrect item, contact us with pictures of the item received so we can send you a return label and ship the correct item as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. If you would like to return an item, follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you store credit once we've received your return. Store credits do not expire. 

Credit Processing

We strive to be fast and efficient with returns so you can use your credit towards another purchase. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, please allow 10-15 business days to process your store credit, though most are processed sooner. During peak holiday seasons, please allow 15-25 business days. Once processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers the original purchase price and tax fees.

Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders refused by the customer at delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs. We are not responsible for USPS not being able to deliver a package due to an address issue or not having a secure place to deliver the package.

Keep Your Return Package Tracking

We will only issue credit if the customer provides tracking information showing delivery to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned a package but have no proof. We require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.

Final Sale Items

Non-Returnable, No Exceptions

All items found in the Sale category, accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits are non-returnable. Masks are also considered accessories and are final sale.

Order Cancellations

Due to our fast processing, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
